SHOW YOUR WORK ON GOVERNORS ISLAND!
York College art students are invited to submit artwork for an upcoming group exhibition on Governors Island this September.
We are looking for all types of artwork and creative practices — including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, printmaking, mixed media, installation, textiles, digital work, and more.
WHAT TO SUBMIT (checklist)
Please email an artist packet containing:

1. PHOTO OF YOUR ARTWORK
A clear, high-quality image of the work you are submitting.

2. PROJECT STATEMENT
A brief paragraph about the project or artwork.
What is the work about? What ideas, questions, or experiences inspired it?

A short biography including where you are from and what inspires your work.

*Opening reception - September 19 from 2 - 4 pm
